Anastasia
Anastasia was born in the Ukraine. Her mother, Alla and her father are both professional artists; Alla’s works are featured throughout this website. Mom paints Louisiana, New Orleans and Still Life while dad is one of the best impressionists in the Ukraine.
Anastasia relocated to Baton Rouge, Louisiana with her mother. She is attending a local Private Academy and is currently on the A-B Honor roll. Her life’s achievement is to continue her current education and later attend the Louisiana State University Art School.
When she entered the states in 2004, she spoke little English but now Anastasia is fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian and is currently learning to speak Greek. In the future, she would like to learn how to speak Spanish too.
Anastasia enjoys Gymnastics, playing the piano, singing, dancing and painting with acrylic media on canvas. She enjoys learning how everything works and she is the “go to” person when you have no idea how to use something electronic.
She has always enjoyed watching her mother bring the canvas to life and currently takes art lesions three times a week. She produced her first works by the age of seven and sold her first painting when she was eight; her future looks very promising.
